Veteran ops, after the first 5-800 (admin choice) after you complete 100 ops you earn a badge this badge can give a reward pick one out of the three (exp,point,money)

I'd also add an opt out of an operations button so that if someone is doing a crime op but sees 15 people in jail, they can opt out of their current op at where they are and start a busting one and then go back to crimes or whatever
You already earn an achievement(s) from completing a set number of operations
Suggestion re:Operations
When doing say a mugs op, and at the bottom of the screen it’s telling you how many are left, also include the reward for completion. That way, when cycling though the Ops you know what you’re now working towards!
