New Suggestion: The ability to Mug another player should be dependant on your Speed.
I.e. you can only Mug another player if you have a higher Speed than them

This is like mug protection but for top accounts. No need for it and it would be lame if top/stronger accts couldn't be mugged. đź‘€
In the real world, yes. It wouldn’t work with this game though.
