We warred a gang for 8 months and they managed to do hundreds of thousands of kills and tens of thousands of ops just by playing strategically around it.

The problem is you either suck at the game or you have an agenda that you want to address and bend others around or both. However, neither of those is a valid reason for this to be in the game.
