Caveat: Make it so pets stats are their own, and not an extension of your own.
Upkeep: They need to be fed every [Time Period] or they suffer stat reduction, this promotes activity, and punishes laziness or poverty.

Quick update:
create-a-pet is working, equipping/unequipping is working.
Pages to make before launching:
- Pet Gym
- Pet Market
- Pet Houses
- Pet Attacking
Features/integrations to finish before launching:
- Have pet boost player stats while attacking other players, if pet is not in vet/pound.
This is just to get the feature out, afterwards we will be adding pet crimes, pet missions, pet races (won't be strictly speed based, chemistry will be involved, maybe even a few items you can buy for your pets for the race), pet pound (for busting criminal mutts out), walking/playing with pets (for chemistry building), etc...
pets will run off a new currency "treats", you will be allowed to buy your pet treats, however you will not be able to sell treats, so once you buy treats, there's no way to reverse it. Your pet will be able to earn further treats from crimes/missions.
